تقرير بشأن الأوضاع في قرى وكنابي ولاية الجزيرة
حول الانتهاكات الجسيمة ضد سكان الكنابي
في ظل التطورات الأخيرة بالبلاد، تواصلت الانتهاكات الممنهجة بحق سكان الكنابي، حيث يتعرضون للاستهداف العرقي والتهجير القسري مع كل تقدم عسكري للقوات المسلحة. إننا في مركزية مؤتمر الكنابي نرصد بقلق بالغ هذه الانتهاكات، ونحمل الجهات المسؤولة كامل المسؤولية عنها.
أولًا: يوم 7 يناير 2025
في كمبو الرقل الحيران، تعرض السكان لهجوم من قبل مستنفرين تابعين للجيش، حيث تم نهب مواشيهم وممتلكاتهم. وقبل الهجوم، أمرت قوة من القوات المسلحة سكان الكمبو بإخلاء المنطقة، وهو ما تم بالفعل، حيث انتقلوا لمسافة تتراوح بين 6 إلى 7 نمر بعيدًا عن الكمبو. غير أن قوة من المستنفرين استغلت غياب الجيش وهاجمتهم في موقعهم الجديد ليلًا، مما أسفر عن نهب ممتلكاتهم والاعتداء على النساء، حيث تعرضت إحدى السيدات للضرب حتى كُسرت يدها، بالإضافة إلى اختطاف ثلاثة مواطنين، هم:
- عبدالله محمد
- حماد عبدالله
- عزالدين عمر محمد
ولا يزال مصيرهم مجهولًا حتى الآن. ويعيش سكان كمبو الرقل في أوضاع إنسانية مأساوية، مع انقطاع شبكات الاتصال وانعدام أبسط مقومات الحياة.
ثانيًا: يوم 28 ديسمبر 2024
قامت مجموعة من مستنفرين من مدينة الشريف يعقوب وقرية بابنوسة، مدعومة من قوات درع السودان، بحرق ونهب قرية عمارة الشريف يعقوب بالكامل، مما أدى إلى تهجير سكانها قسرًا واضطرارهم للنزوح إلى القرى المجاورة في ظروف قاسية.
ثالثًا: يوم الأحد 9 فبراير 2025
تعرضت قرية المبروكة، الواقعة شمال مدينة أم القرى، لهجوم على أساس عرقي من قبل مستنفرين، وأسفر الهجوم عن مقتل اثنين من المواطنين، هما:
- العم أحمد محمد أبو نورة
- العم آدم يوسف
كما أصيب المواطن مصطفى يعقوب بجروح.
رابعًا: محلية الحصاحيصا (كبكابية)
تم اعتقال أربعة مواطنين، وتعرض أحد الأطفال للتعذيب حتى فقد القدرة على الجلوس، فيما قُتل طفل آخر، ونُقل اثنان إلى معتقلات المناقل، في انتهاك صارخ لحقوق الإنسان.
خامسًا:
وثّقنا قيام بعض أفراد القوات المسلحة بإجبار المعتقلين من أبناء الكنابي على غسل ملابسهم وخدمتهم، في تصرفات غير أخلاقية تتنافى مع القوانين والأعراف الإنسانية.
سادسًا:
رصدنا قيام القوات المسلحة والمستنفرين باعتقال عدد من المواطنين من أبناء الكنابي أثناء عملهم في مزارعهم بمنطقة واويستي، واتهامهم بالانتماء إلى قوات الدعم السريع دون أي أدلة قانونية. إننا نؤكد أن هؤلاء المعتقلين مواطنون عاديون، ونطالب بضرورة إطلاق سراحهم فورًا أو اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية المتبعة، كما نحمل القوات المسلحة المسؤولية الكاملة عن أي أذى قد يلحق بهم.
سابعًا: يوم 8 فبراير 2025
قامت قوات درع السودان بقيادة أبوعاقلة كيكل بإحراق قرية بارا، التي تقع شمال الجزيرة بمحلية الكاملين وحدة السريحة، وتهجير سكانها بتهمة التعاون مع الدعم السريع.

إننا في مركزية مؤتمر الكنابي ندين ونستنكر بأشد العبارات هذه الجرائم الممنهجة التي تستهدف سكان الكنابي على أساس العرق واللون، والتي تنفذها المستنفرون وقوات درع السودان بقيادة المجرم كيكل، بدعم مباشر أو تغاضٍ من بعض الجهات الرسمية. إن هذه الممارسات انتهاك صارخ لكل القيم الإنسانية والقوانين الوطنية والدولية، وهي وصمة عار على جبين كل من يشارك فيها أو يتواطأ عليها.
ونحذر من أن استمرار هذه الانتهاكات لن يكون ضرره مقتصرًا على أبناء الكنابي وحدهم، بل سيدفع السودان كله نحو مزيد من الانقسام والصراع، مما يهدد تماسك المجتمع السوداني، خاصة في وسط السودان، الذي يشهد اليوم تدهورًا متسارعًا في أمنه واستقراره بسبب هذه الممارسات العنصرية والإقصائية.
كما نؤكد أن استمرار هذه الجرائم دون محاسبة سيؤدي إلى نتائج كارثية على البلاد، وسيمهد لمزيد من الفوضى والتصعيد الذي لن يكون أي طرف بمنأى عن تبعاته. لذا، نطالب المجتمع الدولي، ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان، والجهات المعنية بالتدخل العاجل لوقف هذه الجرائم البشعة، وضمان حماية السكان المدنيين، ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن هذه الانتهاكات التي تهدد السلم الاجتماعي في السودان.

Report on the situation in the villages and Al-Kanabi of Al-Jazeera State
On the serious violations against the residents of Al-Kanabi
In light of the recent developments in the country, systematic violations against the residents of Al-Kanabi have continued, as they are subjected to ethnic targeting and forced displacement with every military advance of the armed forces. We at the Central Conference of Al-Kanabi monitor these violations with great concern, and hold the responsible parties fully responsible for them.
First: On January 7, 2025
In the Al-Raql Al-Hiran camp, residents were attacked by army mobilizers, where their livestock and property were looted. Before the attack, a force from the armed forces ordered the residents of the camp to evacuate the area, which they did, as they moved a distance of 6 to 7 kilometers away from the camp. However, a force of mobilized men took advantage of the absence of the army and attacked them at their new location at night, which resulted in looting their property and assaulting women, where one woman was beaten until her hand was broken, in addition to kidnapping three citizens, namely:
- Abdullah Muhammad
- Hamad Abdullah
- Ezz El-Din Omar Muhammad
Their fate is still unknown to this day. The residents of Camp Al-Raql are living in tragic humanitarian conditions, with communication networks cut off and the most basic necessities of life lacking.
Second: On December 28, 2024
A group of mobilized men from the city of Al-Sharif Yaqoub and the village of Babanusa, supported by the Sudan Shield Forces, burned and looted the entire village of Amara Al-Sharif Yaqoub, which led to the forced displacement of its residents and their forced displacement to neighboring villages in harsh conditions.
Third: On Sunday, February 9, 2025
The village of Al-Mabrouka, located north of Umm Al-Qura city, was attacked on an ethnic basis by mobilized individuals, and the attack resulted in the killing of two citizens:
- Uncle Ahmed Mohamed Abu Noura
- Uncle Adam Youssef
Citizen Mustafa Yaqoub was also injured.
Fourth: Al-Hasahisa Locality (Kabkabiya)
Four citizens were arrested, and one child was tortured until he lost the ability to sit, while another child was killed, and two were transferred to Al-Manaqil detention centers, in a flagrant violation of human rights.
Fifth:
We documented that some members of the armed forces forced the detainees from the Al-Kanabi tribe to wash their clothes and serve them, in immoral behavior that contradicts human laws and norms.
Sixth:
We observed the armed forces and mobilized individuals arresting a number of citizens from the Al-Kanabi tribe while they were working on their farms in the Wawisti area, and accusing them of belonging to the Rapid Support Forces without any legal evidence. We affirm that these detainees are ordinary citizens, and we demand their immediate release or taking the necessary legal measures, and we hold the armed forces fully responsible for any harm that may befall them.
Seventh: On February 8, 2025, the Sudan Shield Forces, led by Abu Aqla Kikil, burned down the village of Bara, located north of Al-Jazeera in the Al-Kamlin Locality, Al-Sariha Unit, and displaced its residents on charges of cooperating with the Rapid Support Forces.
The position of the Central Committee of the Al-Kanabi Conference
We, at the Central Committee of the Al-Kanabi Conference, condemn and denounce in the strongest terms these systematic crimes targeting the residents of Al-Kanabi on the basis of race and color, which are being carried out by the mobilized and the Sudan Shield Forces, led by the criminal Kikil, with direct support or disregard from some official bodies. These practices are a flagrant violation of all human values and national and international laws, and are a stain on the forehead of everyone who participates in them or colludes in them.
We warn that the continuation of these violations will not only harm the Al-Kanabi people, but will push all of Sudan towards more division and conflict, threatening the cohesion of Sudanese society, especially in central Sudan, which is currently witnessing a rapid deterioration in its security and stability due to these racist and exclusionary practices.
We also affirm that the continuation of these crimes without accountability will lead to disastrous consequences for the country, and will pave the way for more chaos and escalation, the consequences of which no party will be immune. Therefore, we call on the international community, human rights organizations, and concerned parties to intervene urgently to stop these heinous crimes, ensure the protection of civilians, and hold accountable those responsible for these violations that threaten social peace in Sudan.
